LIVERY RULES

  1. No riding whatsoever without hard hat to standard PAS 015 or BS EN 1384.

  2. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the yard. Please make sure that any visitors you have with you do not smoke. You are endangering the lives of your own horses if you smoke.

  3. Dogs are not permitted on the yard.

  4. If you wish to rides your horse please inform the office. Your horse will then be brought in for you if necessary. If you do not inform us you are coming your horse may still be out.

  5. Livery owners may join in as many group lessons and hacks per weeks as they wish, providing they pay for one lessons per week.

  6. Livery owners may only ride in areas permitted by the proprietor.

  7. If hacking out alone, owners should inform a member of staff which route they are going to take.

  8. All horses/ponies must be vaccinated against equine flu and tetanus.

  9. The yards will be unlocked at 8 am each morning and horses fed. If you require your tack earlier than this please take it home. If you you require your horse to be fed before 8am an extra charge will be made.

  10. Shoeing money must be received in advance if you wish your horse to be shod.

  11. Owners are responsible for washing their own nummnahs and girths.

  12. Owners must discuss any problems with management, not the yard staff.

  13. Owners should mark all their property clearly and are advised only to leave that which is absolutely necessary here. It is best to keep your grooming kit in a locked box.

  14. 2 weeks notice should be given to B.M.E.C. if you are removing your horse.
