All fees and expenses due from the Owner will be paid to the Proprietor monthly in advance.

The Owner will be solely responsible for effecting insurance cover in respect of any and all damage, injury or loss suffered or caused by the horse/pony or its tacks,rugs,foodstuffs etc. while at livery and shall if requested by the Proprietor produce for the Proprietor`s inspection from time to time a valid certificate of such insurance.

The horse/pony is required to be wormed at regular intervals, such procedure to be carried out by the Proprietor, the cost to be met by the Owner.

The Proprietor shall be entitled at her discretion and without prior notice to the Owner to call a veterinary surgeon to the horse/pony at any time and the Owner shall be responsible for all fees due to the veterinary surgeon arising from such call out.

The Owner shall be permitted to use the schooling areas at the Centre without charge having obtained the prior permission of the Proprietor provided always that any damage sustained to the schooling areas or jumps arising out of such use will be the financial responsibility of the Owner who will be charged accordingly.

The Proprietor reserves the right to give not less than 14 days notice at any time to the Owner to quit the Centre with his/her horse/pony and any other of their property.

Prior to removal of a horse/pony from the Centre the Owner shall pay and settle all outstanding accounts in full.

The Proprietor reserves the right exerciseable in exceptional circumstances such as (but not limited to) accounts remaining outstanding and unpaid for a period in excess of four months to dispose of the horse/pony and to recover all outstanding costs and expenses from the proceeds of sale and to account to the Owner for the balance of such proceeds.

The Proprietor reserves the right to alter the attached Schedule of fees and terms at its discretion by not less than 30 days prior written notice to the Owner.

The Owner shall be responsible for observing the rules and regulations of the Bardwell Manor Equestrian Centre from time to time a copy of which is available for inspection at the Centre.
