Membership Options.

People that do not wish to sign up for a years membership will now join as ‘day members’. This will incur an additional £4 charge each time they ride.
The cost of yearly membership for adults (£24) and children (£15) will remain unchanged.

Loyalty Cards.

Loyalty card will be issued for group, half hour group and shared lessons.
Loyalty cards must be completed within 6 months of issue date to be valid.

Cancellation Policy.

The cancellation fee is £10 for lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
The cancellation fee should be paid by bank transfer at the time of cancelling. Make sure that you let us know if you would like to rebook for the same time the next week.

Payment Methods.

Our preferred payment methods are cash or bank transfer. We will still take card payments for those who need this facility (but remember , it increases our costs).

For those paying by bank transfer. Please ensure that the transfer is made either before you ride or at the time of riding. Some bank transfer have been slow to arrive – or not arrived!

Equestrian Centre Rules.

I understand that riding at any standard has inherent risk and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions.
I may fall off and could be injured. I accept that risk. I understand that it my choice to ride.
I understand that instructions are given for my safety and agree to follow instructions given by staff and coaches.
I understand that I must wear a current standard riding hat when riding and handling horses.
I understand that it is my choice whether or not to wear a body protector.
I understand that BMEC will make decisions based on information I give them and agree to always be honest and volunteer information about
- My abilities and riding experience
- Any previous riding accident- and medical condition(s) which may affect my ability to ride.
I understand that children are at particular risk around horses and agree that I will keep any children I am responsible for under close supervision when they are not being instructed in a lesson.
I understand that the riding school may refuse my request to ride for safety or operational reasons.
I understand that competing carries an enhanced risk over and above general riding and agree that if I choose to participate in any competition, it is up to me to ensure that I have the experience and ability required.
If I am in any doubt I will use my judgement and experience and not enter.
NO SMOKING .
NO VIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF A SENIOR INSTRUCTOR (SHARON or KARL) . THIS MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE THE LESSON AND OTHER RIDERS AND YOUR INSTRUCTOR MUST NOT BE VIDEOED.
ANY DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A SHORT LEAD & ANY DOG POO COLLECTED AND BINNED.
